Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Not show signs of damage, washing, or alteration

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist with a replacement or exchange when applicable.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
